Car Engulfed in Flames after Crash On Preston Hwy

Stacey Collins was driving like a maniac on September 12, 2018 before crashing into 2 other vehicles. The car that Ms. Collins was driving caught fire. 2 people were rushed to the hospital. No further information was available.
